Orders and Returns
All items on our website can be ordered, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. For items out of stock, we will advise you immediately and recommend alternative items. If you are not completely satisfied, we shall refund you with the original payment method without any deduction.
You can cancel or change your order prior to shipment. After shipment, without proof of purchase, exchange. Missing/defective items must be notified within 7 days of purchase. Full refund or exchange within 30 days from purchase date (with original receipt and dispatch documents), excluding lost items, shipping costs and import duty where applicable. All items must be in original packaging, not used/worn, laundered/dry cleaned/washed or altered. Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment. Items discounted 20% or greater are final sale except for defective items which are exchangeable. Online purchases may be refunded or exchanged in person at any store. Full refund within 14 days from purchase date with receipt on debit and credit card transactions, thereafter, exchange only. All cash transactions and returns without receipt are exchange only.
